and I don't recall once seeing unpaid parking fines show up. However, that isn't to say that they couldn't show up as a legal judgement which may count as a negative factor in your ability to secure credit. You are better off paying the tickets now otherwise that sort of stuff could follow you for a long time. I've heard of people getting fired from jobs (banks are notoriously strict) for lesser things.
